He is a graduate of Florida State University and actively competes in PSA with his dog Keva. His trained dogs Julian and Keva serve as demonstration dogs, showcasing real-world obedience, reliability, and clear communication. Gino Smith is a PSA-certified decoy and active PSA competitor with his dog Rio. His background includes engagement-focused obedience training, companion dog development, and sport foundations built on fairness, clarity, and consistency. They are housed in clean, secure environments, supervised at all times, and never placed in unsafe group situations. We conduct daily health and behavior checks and use equipment ethically and responsibly. Our calm, predictable structure helps dogs feel secure rather than overwhelmed.

Yes. You’ll never feel disconnected. We provide regular updates that may include progress reports, training videos, and behavior notes so you can clearly see how your dog is improving. Transparency is a core part of our process—you’ll always know what’s being worked on and why.

Before your dog goes home, we schedule a structured go-home session where you’re coached hands-on with your dog. You’ll learn how to maintain the training, handle your dog correctly, and continue progress long-term. We don’t send you home guessing—our goal is lasting success, not temporary improvements.
